    • (1995) Reestablished the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Library under the World Bank patronage, after the Bank library got completely destroyed due to a bomb attack in 1995. Project duration 1995 – 1999.
    • ( 1995) Planned and designed the ‘Financial Information Service for the Governor and Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
    • (1994) Initiated first ever library Machine Readable Document Repository with a Laser Disc system ( CANOFILE SYSTEM) at CISIR.
    • ( 1993 -1994) Redesigned the ‘Food Information Service” and received commendation from the management for promoting the information services among Industrialists in Sri Lanka.
