KDU Clarification of Misleading Information on KDU & University Hospital KDU
It has come to the attention of the Board of Management of the KDU that an Article titled “KDU under Scrutiny†has been published in the “Daily Mirror†newspaper dated 8th May 2023 and an even dated article has been published in the online edition of the Daily Mirror. The Board of Management considers that these baseless and unfounded allegations made against the KDU and UH-KDU are an attempt to tarnish the good image of the said institutions and its management.
It has been observed that one or more of the said allegations made in the said article are false and/or factually incorrect and/or inaccurate and misleading.
The Board of Management intends to respond to the aforesaid article in due course and is also seeking legal advice on the matter.
